Image Specifications

• PNG files ONLY

• 72 dpi

• For the following sections, images must be landscape and fit a rectangle of 2613 (H) x 4096 (W) (otherwise they will be cropped.):

  • Gallery Cover Image (in Gallery Profile Overview)

  • Gallery Cover Image (in Gallery Profile About)

  • Image Sections added as inserts in the Gallery Bio text, Artist Bio Text, Exhibition Press Release text.

  • Artist Cover Image (In Artist Information)

  • Artist Cover Image (In Artist Biography)

  • Exhibition Image (In Exhibition Details)

  • Exhibition Cover Photo (In Exhibition Press Release)

• Gallery Logo Image must be a Non Transparent Square PNG file.

• Artworks sizes need to be adjusted for the image’s longest side to measure 4096 pixels regardless of orientation (portrait or landscape) Check the “Adjust Image Size Guide”

• Be sure to check that your filenames don’t have any special characters in them, such as dollar signs, quotation marks, etc.

• Images must be cropped to the edge.

• For artworks with irregular non straight edges, crop the image to the edge and put on transparent background.
