  • If something is non-responsive or taking over a minute to load in Vortic Curate:

    • Reload: Click on Vortic on the top left corner on your Mac next to the apple icon > Click Reload

  • If something is wrong and not working as usual:

    • Restar: Log Out > Close Application > Open Application > Log In
