Create Artworks
Click on “Create New Artwork” on the top right corner
Choose the artist from the drop down menu
Click “Next”
Details
Complete the artwork details:
Artwork Title
Artwork Image
PNG - 72 dpi min / 300 dpi max - to fit a measurement of 4096 pixels on the longest side.
Artwork Medium - Be specific and interesting, avoid being vague like “Mixed Media”
Inventory Number - If needed.
Year - of the artwork being completed
Description
Include a description interesting enough to create an emotional link with the collector. Inspiration, subject matter, provenance, materials used, etc.
SAVE DRAFT WHEN FINISHED
Make sure the “Save Draft” words change from Black to Grey to ensure the action takes effect.
Additional Imagery
Add additional artwork Images to support and complement the artwork’s detail page.

Dimensions
All three fields are mandatory. Enter “Zero” is necessary and only one decimal maximum.
Make sure that the ratio between the image uploaded and the physical artworks dimension match completely otherwise the artwork won’t show correctly in the virtual room.
